The TTY window appears only after you accept a TTY call. The following figure and the reference table helps you understand the controls on the TTY window.

| 6 | Agent's cursor | Displays a green cursor for your messages. |
| 7 | Abbreviations Menu | Invokes a TTY abbreviation list. |
